In the unlikely event that your product gets damaged or lost during transportation Treemy will cover your loss. We do not consider your product delivered before you have in perfect condition.

You will not cover for items lost during transportation.

In the unlikely event that you will receive a package that is broken you should let Bring know right away. If the package seems broken please open it under supervision of the bring employee.

If you don’t realize the damage before you open the package you should contact Treemy. We make sure that you as a customer doesn’t suffer a loss.

We will at any given time strive to give you the best service possible. If you believe that we haven’t done so in a give situation please feel free to contact us.
